I am a physician who helps women thrive during midlife. Navigating perimenopause and the menopausal transition can be confusing with a lot of conflicting information out there. One size does not fit all and I help women, personalize a holistic plan that works for them. Whether it is reducing pesky symptoms by maximizing their nutrition, optimizing supplements, simple resistance exercise practices and starting or maintaining menopause hormone therapy, in order to thrive, I am here for you!

There is no one size fits all and we know each person is different. We review your medical history, gynecologic history, medication, nutrition, and exercise. With this information, we are able to create a program specific to you and you alone.

I am an obstetrician-gynecologist who is currently going through the menopausal transition.
